Product descriptions, images and fitment information are provided in good faith. Customers must check vehicle details and suitability; contact us before ordering if uncertain. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we issue confirmation, subject to stock, pricing and security checks. If we cannot supply, we will cancel and refund the affected amount.

Displayed product prices are the total item prices charged by Zero Parts. Zero Parts is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added separately. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We deliver only to the UK address accepted at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes once full payment has cleared.

Our Delivery & Returns policy forms part of these terms. It explains statutory cancellation rights, the returns process and refund timings. Customers must contact us before returning goods and must not return them to the registered office.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections applying where you live.
