ZEROPARTS LTD is the data controller. We collect information you provide when creating an account, ordering, requesting support or tracking an order, including name, email, telephone number, delivery/billing details, vehicle or fitment information and order history. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

We use personal data to perform contracts and fulfil orders, take payment, prevent fraud, provide accounts and tracking, communicate about orders, meet legal/accounting duties and pursue legitimate interests such as securing and improving the service.

Information may be shared only as necessary with Stripe, Netlify, ZeptoMail, Twilio when SMS is enabled, couriers, product suppliers fulfilling orders, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside the UK using lawful safeguards.

We retain order and accounting records for legally required periods and account/support data only as long as needed. You may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict data, object to certain processing or request portability where applicable. Contact sales@zeroparts.co.uk.
