Delivery & Returns
UK delivery information, cancellation rights and the correct way to arrange a return.
UK delivery only
Website checkout is restricted to delivery addresses in Great Britain. We do not currently accept website orders for delivery outside the UK.
Available delivery charges and any product-specific turnaround are shown before payment. Stocked items are dispatched as soon as reasonably possible. Check the individual listing for any specific delivery information.
Cancelling an online order
Consumers normally have the right to cancel an online goods order from the time it is placed until 14 days after receiving it. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Statutory exceptions may apply, including certain genuinely personalised or bespoke goods, where clearly stated before purchase.
How to return something
Do not send returns to our registered office. Email sales@zeroparts.co.uk before sending anything. Include your order reference and reason for return. We will provide the correct returns address and instructions.
Unless goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are normally responsible for return postage. Take reasonable care of goods while examining them; a deduction may be made for handling beyond what would be permitted in a shop.
Refunds and faulty goods
Where a cancellation right applies, refunds are made to the original payment method within the legally required period after we receive the goods back or receive acceptable evidence of return. The basic outbound delivery charge is included where required by law. Your rights for faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
